Q1: What exactly am I buying?

You are purchasing a high-quality physical collector's card. Each card includes a unique digital license key that grants you access to download and play a game on the Steam platform. It's a fun, tangible collectible that comes with a digital benefit.

Q3: Will I be charged customs or import fees?

For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are determined by your local government and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.


Digital License & Activation

Q4: How do I get my Steam key?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, our system will automatically send your digital Steam license key to the email address you provided at checkout. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.

Q5: How do I activate my key on Steam?

1. Open the Steam client and log in.

2. Click on "Games" in the top menu.

3. Select "Activate a Product on Steam..."

4. Follow the prompts, agree to the terms, and enter your key.

5. The game will be added to your library for download!

Returns & Refunds

Q6: What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, which can be instantly copied, we do not offer refunds once the digital license key has been viewed or emailed. However, if you receive a faulty key that does not activate on Steam (and you are in the correct region), we will replace it promptly. Please contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the error.

Q7: My key doesn't work! What do I do?

First, double-check that you are activating it in the correct region and that you've entered the code correctly. If it still fails, contact us directly with your order number and a screenshot of the error message from Steam. Please do not contact Steam Support, as they cannot assist with keys purchased from third-party retailers.
