Return & exchange

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not eligible for returns. Contact us with questions about specific products.

Please note: Physical gift cards are non-refundable. Digital products or benefits are not guaranteed to be returnable.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return products within 14 days without reason. Standard return conditions apply: items must be unused, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
